Terms & Conditions

2.1 The Framework of Architectural Reliability

Accessing tileshub.store constitutes a binding legal agreement to the “Installation Accord.” This document governs the acquisition and usage of all tiles, adhesives, and accessories listed under the TilesHub catalog. By purchasing from TilesHub, the “User” (Homeowner/Contractor) acknowledges they are dealing with heavy, fragile materials and agrees to follow all structural and safety guidelines.

2.2 Material Realities & Buyer Responsibility

  • Batch & Dye-lot Variance: The user acknowledges that tiles are manufactured in batches. While we strive for consistency, slight variations in shade and caliber between batches are inherent to the ceramic process. TilesHub recommends ordering a 10% “Waste & Repair” buffer from the same batch.
  • The Dry-Lay Requirement: The user MUST “dry-lay” a sample of tiles before permanent installation. Once tiles are fixed with adhesive, TilesHub acknowledges no further liability for color mismatch or aesthetic dissatisfaction.
  • Installation Liability: TilesHub provides the materials, not the labor. Any structural failure resulting from improper sub-floor preparation or poor workmanship by the user’s contractor is not the liability of TilesHub.

2.3 Logistics & The “Heavy-Fragile” Protocol

Given the extreme weight and fragility of tiles, TilesHub utilizes specialized palletized shipping. The “Risk of Loss” passes to the user upon delivery at the curb-side. We maintain a “Verified-Batch” protocol to ensure no broken or “seconds-grade” tiles are shipped as premium stock.
