3.1 The “TilesHub” Assurance of Integrity
In the construction industry, a cracked tile is a broken promise. Our “Integrity Covenant” ensures that your surfaces arrive in professional-grade condition. Because tiles are heavy, fragile, and batch-sensitive, we maintain a strict “Verified-Surface” return policy to ensure subsequent customers receive untouched, consistent materials.
3.2 The “Un-Installed” Verification
- Restockable Returns: For “Change of Mind,” we offer a 7-day window provided the tiles are in their Original, Unopened, Un-Damaged Factory Boxes. Partial boxes or loose tiles are strictly non-returnable.
- Accessories & Chemicals: Adhesives, grouts, and sealants are non-returnable if the seal is broken or if the product has passed its shelf-life while in the user’s possession.
3.3 The Transit Breakage Protocol
- The 3% Industry Allowance: In the global tile industry, up to 3% breakage during transit is considered standard and can usually be used for “cuts” and corners.
- Major Damage Claims: If breakage exceeds 3%, the user must report it via WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery with photographic/video evidence of the un-opened pallet/boxes. We provide a 100% Free Replacement for the damaged portion.
- Refund Logic: Refunds are only issued if a replacement from the same dye-lot/batch is unavailable. We prioritize the “Visual Continuity” of your floor by seeking a batch match first.
